IT Officer
About the job
As our IT Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that IT systems, support, and infrastructure run smoothly across our expanding network of stores and head office.
You’ll coordinate IT support and vendor relationships, manage the full IT setup for new store openings, and work closely with our Australia-based IT team and Ireland-based stakeholders.
This is a hands-on coordination role ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation who is ready to step into a broader, people-facing role. With 3 new stores opening by June (bringing us to 15 nationwide) and more planned throughout the year, this role will involve travel to stores across the country – particularly to support new store builds and openings.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate day-to-day IT support activity across our store and support office network, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests
Liaise with internal teams (ERP, IT Service Desk, Store Operations) and global IT partners to ensure smooth service delivery
Work closely with our Australian-based IT team and vendors to maintain performance standards and address any support or system issues
Own the end-to-end IT setup process for new store builds — including planning, installation, testing, and go-live support
Travel to stores across Ireland to support store openings, troubleshoot onsite issues, or support key upgrades
Lead application and system testing ahead of deployment to ensure smooth functionality
Maintain IT documentation, track assets, and assist with audits as needed
About you
Experience in an IT support or systems coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site or retail setting
Solid technical knowledge across Microsoft environments (e.g. Windows, Active Directory, Office 365)
Understanding of networking and server systems
Excellent troubleshooting, organisation and prioritisation skills
Experience supporting system setups or technology rollouts in physical locations (e.g. stores, branches)
Strong communication skills and confidence liaising with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to travel across Ireland as required (especially during store build and go-live periods)
A flexible, can-do attitude with a desire to improve how things work
Willingness to work flexibly outside standard hours when required to meet business needs
Bonus Points For:
Experience in store setups or IT infrastructure builds
Familiarity with ERP or POS systems
