We’re looking for an experienced Retail Manager to join our growing Irish team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all front-of-pharmacy operations. You’ll lead, develop and support the retail team to ensure an excellent customer experience and efficient store performance

What you'll be doing

• Oversee the day-to-day retail operations of the store

• Lead, support and supervise all front-of-pharmacy employees

• Coordinate ongoing training and development for the team

• Ensure a high standard of customer service at all times

• Handle customer queries and escalations professionally and promptly

• Manage the in-store marketing program and promotional execution

• Monitor staff performance and address underperformance as needed

• Ensure all workplace health and safety requirements are met

• Prepare and submit store performance reports

• Optimise store resources and rosters for efficiency

This role is Monday - Friday, Day Shifts

About you

• Previous experience or qualifications in pharmacy or retail management an advantage

• Proven leadership and team management capability

• A customer-first mindset with excellent service delivery skills

• The ability to build strong working relationships across teams

• Confidence in managing team performance and development

• Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude

• Proficiency in using retail systems and computer software

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
